First Umrah on arrival, before Maghrib where possible.
Iftar and Taraweeh at the Haram. Suhoor arranged at the hotel.
After Subuh, arriving in time for Iftar in Madinah.
Raudhah slots for everyone. Ziarah between Iftar and Taraweeh.

Hotels are named as listed or similar. If a substitution is unavoidable we tell you before departure, in writing, with the distance from the Haram stated.

Charges are a percentage of the total trip price, not of what you have paid so far. Where the charge is more than you have paid, we invoice the difference. Cancellations must be in writing, and the date we receive it is the date that counts.

Never refundable, at any point: the Saudi visa fee, the airfare once ticketed, and any insurance premium. These are paid to third parties and we cannot recover them.
Before the visa is filed you can substitute another person for an administration fee, which is almost always cheaper than cancelling. Once the visa is filed it cannot be moved, because the visa is issued to one named person.
This departure needs 12 travellers to run. If we do not reach that we will tell you at least 60 days before departure and refund everything you have paid, in full, with no deduction.
